First time buyer Oliver (Ollie) Lewarne couldn’t believe his luck when mum Alison telephoned Andy Parsons of Lowena Homes marketing agents The New Homes Company to see if there were any affordable properties in the area suitable for her son to buy.

Ollie qualified for one of the few remaining low cost flats at Lowena Homes latest development Whym Kibbal, off Wesley Street , Redruth which has been purchased with the help of Lowena’s own shared equity scheme which offers up to 20% assistance with the deposit towards a mortgage.

Pictured with Jude Robinson, prospective parliamentary labour candidate for Camborne, Redruth and Hayle, Ollie is planning his first meal in the high standard and comprehensively fitted out kitchen which is to be fitted into his new home.
